Guidelines for oral presentations

There is a time slot of 12 or 15 minutes for each presenter (check the timetable), with about 3 minutes for questions and answers. Prepare your slides in .pdf format or .pptx file format with a 16:9 aspect ratio. We will have Microsoft 365 (with PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat Reader (version > 24) installed on Windows 11 computers available in the meeting rooms.

Guidelines for poster presentations

Please prepare your paper posters with an A0 portrait size — a height of 120 cm (about 47 in) and a width of 80 cm (about 31 in) — and take it with you to the conference. If you do not want to travel with your poster, you can print it in Lyon. For example: Corep or Copytop.

Rising Stars competition

During the conference, the Winter Institute of Medical Physics (WIMP) will award 3 oral and 3 poster presentations of young researchers. A pre-selection has been made based on the paper reviews. The pre-selected oral contributions will be presented in a dedicated session and 14 pre-selected posters have been highlighted with a star logo on the page of posters. The winners will be announced at the Rising Stars Award Ceremony during the gala dinner June 10th evening. The 1st, 2nd and 3d orals and posters will be awarded a money prize. The two winners will get a free WIMP scholarship.
